My biggest concern is about water. Last year in Chicago they gave us tap water in the large plastic barrels. It reeked of chlorine even though the people at the hotel claimed it was filtered. What are yall planning to do about our water? I normally DONT drink out of plastic at all due to BPA. Plus I don’t think you should have a lot of plastic bottles for people to use and throw away either. Are you looking into getting (renting) a large filtration system for us? This is extremely important and should not be taken lightly. If you havent considered this now the time to start thinking about it.

I agree with Chloe' post. One of the main resons to do the course is to detox. And drinking lots of water is advocated the last thing you want to do is have water with chlorine.

I am allergic to gluten (wheat, oats, spelt), dairy (including ghee) and nightshades (all peppers - red, green etc, eggplant, mushrooms, white potatoes). I also can not eat sugar or anything spicy. I can eat vegetables, quinoa, millet, legumes. I will be in silence and it would be helpful if ingredients are marked on foods so we would know what is okay or not to eat.

Yumna and I (Joey) have similar allergies to Carla: We allergic to gluten (wheat), dairy, tomatoes, nightshades (all peppers - red, green etc, eggplant, mushrooms, white potatoes) and beans. We also cannot eat sugar or anything spicy.
We can eat vegetables (incl. sweet potatoes), quinoa, millet, lentils, dal, steamed vege's.
I will be in silence and it would be helpful if ingredients are marked on foods so we would know what is okay or not to eat.
jgd Thank you!

Hi, I need non oily food. I am on a Ayurvedic treatment and I need simple Dal or subji (with no chillies and sour like limboo or tamarind). Also I cannot eat Chickpeas and Rajama.
Thanks in advance and deeply appreciate your help for providing help with any simple food.

I am on a raw food diet and cant have anything that will increase my estrogen levels. The main foods that I cant have are dairy, soy and any thing containing perservatives(chemicals). I cant have oil, salt, sugar or spices. I prefer to to have all my food raw and uncooked. If you could sprout the beans and grains and NOT cook them that would be ideal. If not, I wont be having anything cooked.
